“Wealth That Matters® means prioritizing service to others, because the greatest joys in life come from what we give rather than what we get. It’s about stewarding the resources and gifts we’ve been given in ways that benefit others, not just ourselves. It also means valuing the important relationships in our lives and appreciating them, knowing that the time we have with them is precious.”

Luke brings a thoughtful financial planning background to his role at Vestia, along with experience serving small business owners through complex financial situations. After spending the last season of his career creating financial plans, he developed an even deeper appreciation for stewardship, intentionality, and doing what is truly best for clients.

Luke loves that financial planning combines strategy with impact. For him, the most meaningful part of the work is helping clients take complex financial decisions and break them into clear, actionable steps. Seeing someone gain clarity and peace of mind – and feel more in control of their future – is what makes the work especially rewarding.

Luke’s interest in finance began just before graduating high school. Drawn to statistics and energized by the ever-changing nature of the financial world, he was fascinated by the way markets shift, legislation evolves, and financial decisions create real-world impact. That combination of numbers, strategy, and meaningful outcomes continues to shape the way he serves clients today.

Luke is a member of New Hope Christian Church and an active alumnus of Beta Upsilon Chi. Outside the office, you will most likely find him watching college basketball, working on puzzles with his wife, Ellie, or spending quality time with his parents and family. He values the balance of friendly competition, staying mentally sharp, and prioritizing the people closest to him.

What is the most important thing you have learned about helping other people?

Everyone’s situation is different, so understanding their needs and perspective is key before offering advice or solutions. When you take the time to listen and show empathy, your support becomes more meaningful and effective, and it builds trust in the process.

What book do you always tell people they should read?

The book I always recommend is Love Secrets by John Mark Pantana. It’s about understanding the importance of seeing the world and our lives through a perspective of love and purpose. It really shaped the way I think about relationships and how I interact with others, reminding me to lead with kindness, patience, and a bigger-picture perspective.

One of Vestia’s values is to model Wealth that Matters®. What does this mean to you?

To me, Wealth That Matters® means prioritizing service to others, because the greatest joys in life come from what we give rather than what we get. It’s about stewarding the resources and gifts we’ve been given in ways that benefit others, not just ourselves. It also means valuing the important relationships in our lives and appreciating them, knowing that the time we have with them is precious.
